Good riddance I'd say. Too often have they tried to bend the will of F1 management based on their special status.
Now that they bent the will once to change the regulations to their current form, and they're struggling, they're at it again.
I'm sure there are many honest, hard working and bloody intelligent engineers and general staff in the Ferrari squad. There just seems to be a large proportion of whining political sycophants as well.

They'll threaten to leave, get some rule changes to help their cause, then stick around. Its a ploy they've used for decades when things or rules aren't going their way. I hope it works and brings some alleviation to the current situation. With the engine freeze its plausible we'll see Mercedes dominant for years to follow. Let's get some development back into F1 and see what the engineers can really do. Do I think Ferrari would actually pull out? No. They're as dependent on formula 1 as it is of them. But the direction sports car racing is going and the competitiveness there makes me want to see more from F1.

Couple years back, it was McLaren wanting the same thing - creating a new Championship. Many teams agreed then except Ferrari… Soo
